Innovative seeding techniques and true facultative microbes will reduce the headaches associated with your waste water treatment system.

Sludge Reduction:

Our facultative microbes will reduce existing sludge in your ponds without producing a secondary biological sludge. Cellulose decay will be accelerated and TSS accumulation will be controlled.

"In a six month period, the sludge in a 6.5 acre (2.6 ha) aerated basin was reduced by 25,000 cubic yards (19,100 cubic meters) and the sludge in a 14.4 acre (5.8 ha) non-aerated polishing pond was reduced by 60,000 cubic yards (45,900 cubic meters) by Remediation Resources' microbes."

Lower Discharge Numbers:

Our unique seeding methods and facultative microbes will reduce BOD, COD and TSS in your waste water while working on sludge reduction.

We also offer advanced seeding methods with aeration optimization to enhance microbe performance.

Process Upsets:

Our hearty microbes can withstand pH levels in the 10 to 12+ range to ensure that your water is still treated after a process upset. The microbes will also reduce pH levels to a neutral range.

"Continuous flow testing of strong sewage from a kraft pulp mill resulted in a 75% reduction in BOD and TSS. The discharge pH remained in the neutral range while the uncontrolled feed stream pH varied from 9.5 to 12.1."

Reduced Costs:

Our methods will optimize aeration usage, reduce chemical costs and eliminate sludge handling costs. By assisting in maintaining a well operated waste water treatment system, cluster rule criteria may be met with little or no capital investment.

Cluster Rule:

Detailed field testing indicates a 99% methanol reduction, with less than 1% discharged to the atmosphere, and a 95% reduction in AOX.

Pilot Tests:

Bench scale tests and pilot scale tests are available.
